Hi! If you are trying to track your parcel but this page is showing that it does not exist, please do not panic!
Usually it will take a few days after a tracking number is assigned to us (which we then send out to you), and before the courier company updates it in their system.
Come back in a few days and you will be able to see where it is!
If after 5 working days and it is still not appearing, please email me at [email protected] and I will get one of my customer service staff to look into it personally!
